Field Compliance Inspector - Affordable Housing

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is hiring three Housing Examiners based in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time position involves traveling across the state to conduct inspections of properties and review tenant files to ensure compliance with affordable housing funding guidelines. Candidates should have relevant experience in affordable housing, possess a valid driver’s license, and be working toward certifications like SHCM or HCCP.
