This position requires operating packaging equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with a team to meet daily production goals.ResponsibilitiesInspect products for quality and ensure they are free of defects before shipment.Package finished products and apply labels accurately.Ensure order accuracy before products leave the facility.Operate packaging equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area.Work alongside a team to meet daily production goals.Catch damaged, defective, or incorrect products before reaching customers.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious packaging or warehouse experienceExperience working with production quotasFamiliarity with shipping processesExperience operating bagging or blister pack equipmentLean manufacturing exposureQuality control experienceWork EnvironmentThe position is located in a manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled, with both automated and manual machinery. Employees work in an active, team-oriented environment, frequently moving, inspecting quality, and preparing orders for shipment.
