- Pack and label products according to company standards
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and assist with other production tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Manual dexterity to operate packaging equipment
