Houston Pediatric Dental Assistant School is seeking a visionary, relationship-driven Outreach and Program Director to lead our community engagement efforts and build the strategic partnerships that will define our next chapter of growth.
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic community, healthcare, and workforce development partnerships
- Lead outreach initiatives that expand access to dental assistant training for underrepresented communities
- Develop and implement programs from concept through evaluation
- Represent Houston PDAS in professional forums, community coalitions, and advocacy spaces
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the organization's strategic growth direction
