Senior Project Coordinator

Role Description

The Systems Integration Senior Project Coordinator oversees audiovisual systems integration projects while ensuring client success. This is a remote position within the US, with travel up to 5% as needed. In this role, you will support a dynamic range of projects, including:

• Video production studios
• Sound recording studios
• Corporate event centers
• Video presentation systems
• Commercial sound systems
• Screening rooms

You will be part of the Broadcast Systems Integration and Professional Services team—a group of talented engineers and project personnel who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, broadcast engineering or a relative field
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets tools
• Knowledge of ERP system Solutions Q360 is preferred

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of audiovisual systems integration
• Exhibit excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets tools effectively
• Work efficiently with Word, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
• Understand and apply ERP system workflows (preferably Solutions Q360)
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Show willingness to travel when necessary
