Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role serves as a financial co-pilot to Project Execution teams, owning the financial performance of a project portfolio. The position is instrumental in driving a strong control environment and a predictable financial culture. This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of operations and finance, ideal for individuals who thrive in a matrixed environment and want to directly influence business outcomes. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.# **Om dig:****What You Will do in This Role:*** Own and manage EACs (Estimate at Completion), ensuring all deviations are clearly quantified with root-cause support* Partner closely with Project Management and cross-functional teams to drive project performance and financial outcomes* Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate risks impacting project financials* Lead change order management to protect and enhance project profitability* Manage cash flow and working capital across project portfolio* Deliver monthly financial performance reviews to senior leadership (VP/Director level)* Lead weekly pacing discussions to ensure forecast commitments are achieved* Develop and improve management reporting and dashboards* Perform ad hoc analysis to continuously improve project controlling efficiency**What We Are Looking For:*** 8+ years proven experience in project-based business or manufacturing finance* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting prefered* Proven track record to own results and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment* Strong business partnering approach with the confidence to challenge and inspire change* Highly analytical with strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills* Genuine curiosity about understanding the business, not just the numbers* Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP), Excel, and PowerPoint#LI-RT1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
