Our dedication drives us to make a positive, sustainable impact for our customers, the environment and society.What your new challenge will look likeLead and manage end-to-end supply chain consulting engagements across industries.Analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations.Design and implement solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, Transportation and logistics optimization, intralogistics and production, etc.Translate business requirements into analytical models and tools.Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and client presentations.Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.Why you belong at 4flowBachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management5+ years of relevant practical experience in supply chain consultingExperience in transportation, network design and optimization preferredStrong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levelsEnjoy challenging project work and collaboration with fellow team members and clientsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)What we offerCome join us! 4flow, Inc. is an American company with German roots that offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding long-term career prospects.
