Route Manager

Description We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Route Manager to coordinate daily operations, manage drivers and routes, and ensure efficient, on‑time service. The Route Manager is responsible for scheduling drivers, coordinating routes, communicating with customers, and monitoring daily trucking operations. This role is critical to keeping trucks moving efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and DOT compliance. Qualifications Previous dispatching, logistics, trucking, or route management experience preferred Experience in roll‑off, waste management, construction hauling, or trucking industry strongly preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of local roads, routes, and GPS systems Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver scheduling Proficient with computers, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and leadership skills Calm under pressure Strong leadership and accountability Understands trucking operations and driver management Customer‑service focused Self‑starter who can keep operations organized and efficient #J-18808-Ljbffr
