Job Description

Superb Flooring & Design is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Flooring Scheduling Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced position that plays a critical role in coordinating flooring installations, communicating with customers and installers, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, salaried position
Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 per year
This position may require occasional after-hours phone calls or schedule adjustments to address urgent installation, customer, or installer needs.

Responsibilities

Schedule residential and commercial flooring installations.
Coordinate daily schedules with installers and subcontractors.
Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, changes, and expectations.
Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs.
Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Maintain accurate job information and scheduling records in RFMS.
Resolve scheduling conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
Assist with service and warranty scheduling when needed.

Qualifications

Previous flooring industry experience is required .
Experience using RFMS is preferred .
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
