Our agency opened in June 2020 and has grown into a team of nine, including the agent. Before becoming an agency owner, he worked in a State Farm office and was driven by the goal of building a business, leading a strong team, and creating meaningful earning opportunities.

As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dexter Smith - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
