ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in June 2020 and has grown into a team of nine, including the agent. Before becoming an agency owner, he worked in a State Farm office and was driven by the goal of building a business, leading a strong team, and creating meaningful earning opportunities.

We stay actively involved in the community through local events, car shows, partnerships with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and sponsoring youth sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dexter Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
