We are seeking ambitious high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work one-on-one mentorship executive exposure professional development opportunities volunteer initiatives networking events and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Consumer Banking Finance: The intern will learn how financial insights help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Interns will gain exposure to budgeting forecasting financial analysis reporting and performance management while working with teams that help ensure the banks financial strength and long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency including Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.
