RN, Clinical Coordinator - Saint Luke's East

Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our team. The role supports the Clinical Workforce Resource Unit, Medical Specialty, and Intermediate Float Pool, with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Essential Responsibilities Onboard RNs and NAs. Assist the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating day‑to‑day unit operations. Model positive professional behavior and demonstrate clinical leadership, independent judgment, and decision‑making skills. Act as a resource for staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development, and managing special projects. Serve as a clinical resource and change agent to promote and support a professional practice environment. Develop, promote, and provide follow‑up on patient care and quality initiatives. Required Qualifications BSN degree. BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Medical Office (MO) RN license. Minimum of 1 year clinical experience. Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting is encouraged. Employment Details Full‑time, day shift; United States of America.
