This is a demanding and exciting position for those who like to multi-task and are looking to develop their career in the residential maintenance industry with a reputable, family-owned company. You will perform assigned tasks on punch lists and weekly site schedules per direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. These tasks could include drywall & paint touch ups, HVAC repairs, electrical work, minor corrections to finish trades like shelving or bath accessories, clean up within units and around site and other finish work items needed to keep resident units in fantastic shapeCustomer Experience: You do the little things, as well as the big things, that show people you care. You demonstrate the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action. You will enforce jobsite safety requirements to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
