Location Travis County BH-TX392, 8101 Cameron Rd, Bldg 1 Suite 109, Austin, TX 78754, USA Pay $23–$25 per hour. Master’s level $25/hour; Master’s level bi‑lingual $26/hour; Bachelor’s level $23/hour; Bachelor’s level bi‑lingual $24/hour. Description The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP‑CS) provides targeted case management and rehabilitative services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families. Services may be delivered in the participant’s home or an appropriate community setting. Provide case management and skills‑based interventions aimed at increasing the youth’s natural supports and strengths, fostering resilience and recovery. Accurately document services, attend Wraparound Team meetings as needed, and communicate participant progress to supervisors, team members, and the referring authority. Deliver all services in compliance with Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual, Texas Resilience and Recovery Utilization Management Guidelines, YAP standards, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Travel Travel throughout the community to homes and schools is required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a human services‑related field (or equivalent). Master’s level: Must possess a master’s degree in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention. Both bachelor’s and master’s candidates must be able to complete 25 billable hours of skills training or routine case management per week. Experience in the provision of home and community‑based services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an electronic health record system is a plus. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus; ASL proficiency is a plus. Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends may be required.
