Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) - Austin, TX (REMOTE)

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000+ per year. Position available as remote full‑time or part‑time. Exempt under FLSA. Candidates must be licensed and able to practice independently in Texas; licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred. Location Remote work based on patient locations in Massachusetts and Colorado. The office is headquartered in Austin, TX. Customize treatment plans for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions. Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session. Coordinate with the back‑office support team for billing, collections, and credentialing matters. Schedule Clinicians are free to create custom schedules within the general operating window of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No on‑call responsibilities beyond patient coverage. Leadership & Advancement Opportunities exist to become a senior psychotherapist or site supervisor within the clinician‑led organization. Education & Licensure Graduation from an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Texas.
