Holder of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification remains pending.

Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of commencing employment.
