Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is perfect for a speech-language pathologist who holds both a valid California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). You'll provide expert speech and language support to a caseload of elementary-aged students, with the exciting potential to supervise one SLPA and possibly expand your supervisory responsibilities as the position develops.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP licensure in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Strong commitment to student-centered therapy and professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students, with specific caseload details to be determined
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct screenings and evaluations, documenting progress and updating goals
• Supervise and mentor one SLPA, with the potential to supervise more as the caseload expands
• Work closely with school teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines

This opportunity runs from the start of the next school year through 2027, with workdays ranging from 1 to 5 days per week and approximately 8 hours weekly. As part of this contract role, you'll enjoy highly competitive pay rates beginning at $60 per hour, paid weekly.
