Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Organizational skills to manage student caseloads and documentation effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Complete assessments, evaluations, and develop IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families for integrative service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for all students on your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight on student development
• Offer guidance and recommendations to support students' communication in classroom settings
