What You'll Need to Succeed as a Bartender: A positive attitude, one team mentality, player focus, ability to thrive in a popular environment, and previous experience behind the bar.

What You'll Do in the Role: Greet players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll. Collaborate with other play members to deliver top-notch service, ensure every player feels like a VIP, and stick to safety and sanitation standards.

Physical Requirements: Lift and move items up to 50 lb., be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying things. Expect to be on your feet for most of the day and be engaged in a variety of physical activities. Endurance is essential for long shifts and high-volume working environments.
