Guest Services Specialist

Guest Services Specialist Winter Haven Hospital Responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service and act as the guest’s liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and surrounding community. Possess advanced computer skills. Become proficient in reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care, and emergency response. Required Skills & Qualifications Self‑motivated team player with at least 1 year of demonstrable success in a high‑stress, fast‑paced work environment. Successfully complete OLC training modules within 12 months. At least 1 year of related field experience and 2 years of customer service experience.
