Freeland Chevrolet and Freeland Auto are locally owned/operated seeking long term teammates to fulfill the fastest growing service center in Middle Tennessee. Our reach goes beyond traditional retail consumers as we provide service to commercial/fleet accounts across the state.

Our service facilities are heated and cooled, and we have the capacity to offer over 70+ full service bays.

What our technicians do:

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician (2+ years preferred).
• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to work on a variety of makes and models.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, to include a motor vehicle report and pre-employment drug screen.
• A valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus

Sign-on amount based on qualifications at the discretion of the hiring manager. Sign-on bonus to be paid out after 6 months of employment to qualified hires. Relocation assistance may be offered where applicable and at the discretion of the hiring manager.
