As a nonprofit organization, we partner with individuals to promote healing, housing stability, and long-term wellness through compassionate, equitable support.If you’re passionate about community impact, we invite you to join our team.QMHP required in order to qualifySalary: Starting at $85,000Purpose: (General description and summary)The Clinical Outpatient Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Rehabilitation/Outpatient programming supporting participants with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) through an Integrated Team Based Care (ITBC) model. The Program Manager ensures that the Outpatient program remains financially solvent, that the program is meeting their Key Performance Indicators, and is cognizant of and supports the agency strategy plan.Accountabilities: (Responsibilities of the job)Provides supervision support and oversight to the following roles: Clinic Administrator, Receptionist, Team Supervisor, and Access and Care Pathway SupervisorRoutinely audits charts to ensure chart compliance and effectiveness of ITBCInitiates and supports in the hiring, training, and discipline of outpatient employeesCollaborates with support departments such as Quality and Improvement and Finance to ensure accuracy of enrollmentsOversee the county general funds contract to ensure accuracyParticipates in regular meetings addressing quality of care and overall program and agency strategyCollaborates with external and internal auditors to audit charts, identify required changes, and provide staff training/supervision as needed to ensure that deficiencies are correctedCollaborates with program managers across the agency to ensure positive integration of teams and roles to support participants and staff alikeProvides back up to the Clinical Director for after-hours consultation and crisis responseFacilitates team, program, and/or clinic meetings as neededDemonstrates strong leadershipConducts timely performance reviews, provides on-going performance improvement feedback and coachingMonitors and completes participant authorizationsMonitors the QIIP scores and CCO risk corridorAttend stakeholder meetingsOther General Expectations:Attend and positively participate in required meetings, including ITBC meetings and care coordination meetings with LMPS to support collaboration and efficiencyAdhere to any applicable ethics codes and New Narrative’s mission and valuesFollow all New Narrative policies, procedures, and protocolsAdhere to regular work schedule as set by direct supervisorFollow through on all directives and instructionsMaintain current Oregon Driver’s LicenseMaintain CPR and First Aid CertificateDemonstrate effective organizational and time management skillsPursue ongoing development of skills and competencies as required by individuals licensing bodies and as required to maintain competency in the roleAll other duties as assignedCore Competencies:Communication: Direct and concise. There is a pay differential for possessing a QMHP due to increased ability to provide supervision per OARs.Experience/Qualifications:At least two years experience providing direct supervision and supportE xperience working in community mental health providing peer support services, case management and/or behavior health treatment, particularly with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferredMulti-lingual preferredAbility to be a culture leader, supporting in the development and management of a well-functioning, participant-centered teamAbility to connect programmatic goals with larger agency strategies and initiativesAbility to complete programmatic level assessments to ensure fiscal solvency and sustainabilityImpact:New Narrative outpatient operations are an essential part of New Narrative’s overall continuum of service and support.
