Responsibilities Execute plans and schedules developed by the supervisor. Complete specified activities aligned with individual goals, proactively addressing work issues at the individual level. Understand personal role in job‑performance metrics and support Eurofins quality values. Meet the needs of sponsors and customer expectations, contributing to the next stage of workflow. Commit to occasional overtime when workload requires. Follow established procedures for routine testing; develop basic technical solutions when needed. Perform calculations required by test methods and protocols. Use computers for information access, calculations, and report preparation. Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, providing clear technical conclusions in laboratory notebooks and informing supervisors and peers in a timely, professional manner. Pursue personal learning and skill development, identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Maintain honesty, integrity, and compliance in laboratory work, upholding Eurofins values. Support LEAN initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a closely related physical science from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent education and training. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
