Solution Architect/Designer

Contract Location: Denver CO Experience Level: 10+ years. Domain: Telecom [OSS/BSS] Skills: Infra Solution Architecting

• XML, web services, Microservices & Jason, knowledge on any middleware/integration technologies, BPM, Orchestration suits..
• UML (knowledge on MS Visio or any other tool)
• Knowledge on tmForrum eTOM, SID and TAM.
• Knowledge on Enterprise product catalog (EPC) preferred.
• Knowledge on Order Management processes and any tools [like Hansen OM, Pega OM etc.]
• Knowledge on CPQ (Hansen/SFDC) preferred.
• Knowledge on Service Provisioning [any one like Hansen SMP]

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capability to efficiently interact with clients to ascertain the requirements to carry out analysis and design, and to meet the end user requirements
• Extensive experience in gathering Business, Technical and Data requirements, creating and revising Business and Technical requirements documents, documenting
• Extensive experience in Unified Modelling Language (UML) methodologies to design Communication Diagram, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagram and class diagrams
• Ability to plan and lead the E2E design workshops, with multi-component, multi-vendor project teams and provide E2E solutions for assessed requirements.
• Business processes modelling, identifying risks, assumptions, dependencies and Impact analysis in IT.
• Document the E2E design documents and RAID logs.
• Well versed professional having excellent understanding of all phases of SDLC.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and coach teams in cross-functional environments.
• Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work in a multi-vendor and multi-systems environment for a large system integration programs
• Ability to lead and resolve the issues, understand the customer and device documentation to spec out protocol and interface.
