We are seeking a customer service representative that can multi-task, maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Our plumbing and sewer division run plumbing service and sewer/drain cleaning calls with 23 trucks that have consistent work.
Our office is a welcoming environment that has the ability to be positive and fun while handling the daily tasks of a fast-paced workplace.
