How you'll make an impact in this role

• Team Direction: Assign, educate, and monitor nursing staff to ensure peak shift performance.

• Strategic Planning: Exercise independent judgment to coordinate services, staffing, and patient care work-flows.

• Clinical Oversight: Design patient assignments based on acuity while maintaining departmental quality standards.

• Operational Agility: Prioritize resources, materials, and supplies to adapt to evolving patient and physician dynamics.

• Talent Management: Drive staff development through targeted training, hiring input, and performance evaluations.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer daten required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
