Your future role at a glance Location: Round Rock, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Williamson Department/Specialty: Observation Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift How you'll make an impact in this role Team Direction: Assign, educate, and monitor nursing staff to ensure peak shift performance. Strategic Planning: Exercise independent judgment to coordinate services, staffing, and patient care work‑flows. Clinical Oversight: Design patient assignments based on acuity while maintaining departmental quality standards. Operational Agility: Prioritize resources, materials, and supplies to adapt to evolving patient and physician dynamics. Talent Management: Drive staff development through targeted training, hiring input, and performance evaluations. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
