Laser Operator Join a growing metal manufacturing team as a laser operator! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with laser machine setup experience especially with Mazak or fiber lasers. This company offers strong pay, great benefits, and long-term growth potential in a clean, high-tech facility. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $23 $28/hr. (higher pay possible with exact machine experience and flexible availability) Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:30 PM 3:00 AM (Friday OT as needed) Train on earlier shift: Monday Thursday, 2:30 PM 1:00 AM Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6 an - 6:30 pm Benefits of the laser operator: Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4% Health savings account (HSA) Disability and accident insurance Onsite basketball court and workout facility Referral bonus Clean, climate-controlled facility Room for advancement Duties of the laser operator: Configure and operate Mazak laser cutting equipment Manage automated material handling systems for efficient loading/unloading Transport sheet metal stock using a forklift Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of laser machines and workstations Requirements of the laser operator: 2+ years of laser setup experience (fiber laser is a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Able to lift 50+ lbs.
