As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various commercial drywall projects in the Boston, MA area. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of acoustical prefab walls projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for each project. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. Manage and lead a team of contractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to complete the project successfully. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and communication logs. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in acoustical prefab walls technology and techniques. Provide regular project status updates to the management team.
