Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem

$50/hour

Essential Job Functions/Duties

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the provision of quality language and communication services including:

• assessment, therapeutic treatment planning and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children to facilitate age-appropriate independence in gross motor coordination, balance, strengthening activities, and motor planning activities
• developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring the progress of each child through analysis of data and making necessary modifications
• demonstrating and modeling effective and therapeutic intervention strategies
• providing coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings
• collaborating with all members of the team
• assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate communication modalities and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and supports to meet the individual communication needs of children.

What are the requirements?

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
• Pass a criminal background check, employment physical and drug screen.
