Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid FL Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered.
• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy within schools or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for elementary-aged children.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized speech and language therapy services for elementary students.
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to support each student’s IEP goals.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and recommendations.
• Attending infrequent IEP meetings as needed and participating in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
