Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Florida SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in pediatric or school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and elementary-age interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to elementary students, with an emphasis on individualized goals
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
• Contribute infrequently to IEP meetings and documentation, ensuring student progress is closely tracked
• Educate and consult with teachers and families about student needs and strategies for success
• Maintain accurate case notes and comply with school and state regulatory standards
