Open to entry-level certified assistants-our experienced clinical team will mentor you step-by-step so you can build confidence and master your skills.Friendly, Supportive Culture: Work in a warm, welcoming, and organized 6-operatory clinic where teamwork, positivity, and patient care come first.Immediate Hiring: We are looking to fill this role right away, providing a quick and seamless interview process.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Access to full standard American Dental Companies (ADC) health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.What You'll Be Doing (The Role)As our Dental Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering smooth clinical procedures and a comforting patient experience:Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during a wide variety of restorative and preventive dental procedures.Patient Care & Comfort: Seat patients warmly, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and ensure an empathetic, stress-free chairside experience.Digital X-Rays & Imaging: Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and efficiently.Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories, maintaining strict infection control protocols.Clinical Collaboration: Support inventory management, restock clinical supplies, and maintain seamless communication with the front office team.QualificationsCertifications: Arizona Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification (Preferred) - Clinic is willing to assist candidate in obtaining certifications.Experience: No prior experience required-we are eager to train!
