Industrial Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician Direct Hire | Immediate Openings Gastonia, NC Pay: $ (DOE) + Shift Premium | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Direct hire roles with competitive pay, Day 1 benefits, and growth opportunities. Schedule (MondaySaturday)
- 1st Shift (2): 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (3): 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (+ $0.50 shift premium)
- 3rd Shift (1): 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (+ $0.50 shift premium)
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Work with PLCs, hydraulics, and production systems
- TIG welding and fabrication
- Minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Requirements
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- TIG welding and hydraulic press experience required
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
