What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
Utilize the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Manage and prioritize multiple patient care responsibilities during night shifts
Document patient information accurately and timely
Implement and support protocols for emergency care practices
Adapt care to diverse patient populations with respect and professionalism

What You Need
Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical demands including lifting and moving patients

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
