Onin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk in Chambersburg, PA. The Office Clerk will provide administrative support to warehouse and production operations by maintaining records, processing paperwork, entering data, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and general office functions. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

• Enter and maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping data.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Answer phones and direct calls professionally.
• File, scan, copy, and organize company documents.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and supervisors.
• Verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain employee and production records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
