Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult: Welcome showroom guests, conduct sophisticated needs discovery, and guide clients through a premium, transparent vehicle journey.
• Educate: Master the INFINITI crossover and SUV lineup, including advanced driver‑assistance technologies, performance metrics, and luxury materials, to present features confidently.
• Demonstrate: Lead product presentations and test drives, highlighting vehicle safety, craftsmanship, and ride quality.
• Facilitate: Partner directly with clients through trade‑in evaluations, present structured purchase and lease options transparently, and ensure a seamless delivery process.
• Retain: Utilize advanced digital tools to maintain consistent, professional follow-up, cultivating a lifetime book of business for repeat sales and referrals.

Requirements
