• Assist customers with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories
  
• Activate new lines, upgrades, and account changes
  
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
  
• Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs
  
• Meet individual and store sales targets
  
• Process customer transactions accurately
  
• Maintain accurate customer records
  
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
  
• Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro, Verizon, etc.) is preferred but not required
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned store locations if needed
  
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  

• $10–15 per hour, based on experience
  
• Uncapped commission with an average of $1,500 per month
