Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development • Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting • Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges • Assist in developing and executing corrective action plans for operational issues Qualifications: • Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and leadership • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening Compensation: $17 hourly
