CONSTRUCTION LABORER (METAL BUILDINGS)$21–$24/hr | YEAR‑ROUND WORK | STEADY HOURS

Looking for a long‑term construction job with steady hours and benefits ? We’re hiring skilled laborers to help build pre‑engineered metal buildings. If you can use tools, read prints, and aren’t afraid of heights, this is a solid gig.

• Help assemble and install metal building systems
• Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place
• Work off blueprints to get everything lined up right
• Use tools like spud wrenches, ratchets, snips, pry bars, and drills
• Work out of lifts and at heights
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

• 2+ years construction experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to read and follow blueprints
• Not afraid of heights or working outside
• Reliable and ready to work

• Welding experience (MIG, stick, structural)
• Experience with steel or metal buildings
• Valid driver’s license

• $21–$24/hr depending on experience
• Year‑round, steady work — no layoffs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
