Hospice Clinical Director RN

Location: Sacramento, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire (W2)

Compensation: $140,000 $150,000/year (based on experience)

The Opportunity:

• Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of a respected, established hospice program
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, aides, and field clinicians
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, timely documentation, and best-in-class care standards
• Collaborate across departments including intake, medical directors, and field teams to ensure smooth transitions of care
• Conduct internal audits and support continuous quality improvement
• Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• 5+ years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience
• 2+ years in a clinical leadership or case management role
• Deep understanding of hospice regulations, audits, and patient-centered care models
• Proven ability to lead teams with integrity and empathy

Whats Offered:

• $140,000 $150,000 annual salary (based on experience)
• Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM 5 PM)
