Site HR & Admin Lead - Recruiting, Onboarding, & Payroll

LAMP

LAMP is seeking an experienced HR and site administration lead to manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll input, and benefits at a rural Texas site. You will build relationships with local colleges and workforce boards, ensure compliance, and maintain records while handling reception and travel logistics.
