Posting Information Posting Information Position Title Position Title Student Worker: ITSM TEC-E Job Duties Assists with and supports customer inquiries related to IT Service Management ( ITSM ) processes, including providing department contact information, event scheduling and location details, and guidance on the use of ServiceNow. The position involves hands-on training to develop skills necessary for administering the ServiceNow platform, including managing incidents, service requests, and workflow automation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues within ServiceNow, configuring platform features, and ensuring effective utilization of ITSM tools to meet organizational needs.
