Production Support Coordinator

Production Support Coordinator Company: Solenis – a global provider of water and hygiene solutions. Location: Florence, Kentucky. Reports to: Procurement Manager. Responsibilities Prepare purchased labels for production lines based on schedule and BOMs. Document quantities staged for process orders and confirm correct material and quantity in SAP. Report inconsistencies between physical verification and SAP reports. Create, print, and distribute product, batch, drum/IBC, hazard, and internal tracking labels in compliance with artwork and regulatory requirements. Maintain label templates, printers, and supplies; report issues immediately. Record production‑related data in SAP, including material movements, label verification, and reconciliation of inventory versus physical counts. Troubleshoot basic SAP errors or escalate to support teams. Confirm label availability for upcoming batches through SAP, Inventory, and Procurement; assist warehouse and production in staging labels. Identify shortages or discrepancies and communicate them promptly; support cycle counts and material usage reconciliation. Support documentation of quality checks, lot traceability, and compliance with chemical industry safety regulations and plant standards. Report safety or housekeeping issues immediately. Provide daily updates to Production Planners and assist with scrap reconciliations during changeovers, cleanouts, or batch transitions. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of manufacturing, production support, warehouse, or administrative experience. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry. Ability to learn SAP or similar enterprise systems. Preferred: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Understanding of chemical hazards, SDS, GHS labeling, or quality documentation. Relevant coursework in supply chain, industrial technology, business, or chemistry. Essential Job Functions Follow all safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE (contact lenses prohibited on the production floor). Stand and walk the production floor for prolonged periods. Perform repetitive bending and stretching throughout the shift. Tolerate odors and various environmental conditions. Lift up to 50 pounds. Use strong quantitative skills and comfort with data‑driven decision processes. Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrate high coordination, planning, and organizational skills. Accommodate shifting priorities and apply problem‑solving skills focused on continuous improvement. Work alternate shifts as needed to meet business needs. Compensation Expected range: $47,950.00 to $70,323.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
