Join Us To Empower The World To Work Out, Creating Healthier Lives TogetherPerform a wide variety of tasks required to assemble, prep sub-assemblies, and move completed units.Complete assembly of various models of machines following established proceduresMove machines as requiredVerify completed machines meet quality standards and initial paperworkUse a manual and electric pallet jackPerform other duties as assigned0 – 3 years related cross-functional assembly experience including operation of hand tools, gauges, torque wrenchesAbility to operate small air, hand, and electric toolsAbility to read work instructions and drawingsAbility to effectively communicate in English (read, speak, and understand)Ability to accurately read a tape measureQualified for 0 to <50% of the stations on two-three lines depending on identified line difficulty.Primary work performed in Benches or Sub 1 stationsOccasional (0 - 33%), Frequent (34 - 66%), Constant (67 - 100%)Lift up 50 lbs. occasionally/frequently, and 3.5 lbs. constantlyCarry 50 lbs. occasionally/frequently, and 3.5 lbs. constantlyPush/Pull 72 lbs. occasionally, and 80 lbs. frequentlyFrequently perform simple hand grasping, reach forward, firm hand grasping, balancing, fine hand coordination, and walkingConstantly perform standing and object handlingOccasionally perform operating controls (chain hoists, small tools, other assistive devices), reach overhead, sitting, crouching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.Your base wage will be between $20.00 - $22.75 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics.
