Assistant Manager, Order Management

About the role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager, Order Management to lead the Order Management team within our Fragrance business. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate execution of customer orders, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting business and operational objectives. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, work closely with internal stakeholders, and act as a key point of contact for customers to ensure timely order delivery and effective issue resolution. Key responsibilities Lead and oversee the Order Management team to ensure adherence to established order processing procedures and service standards. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within the agreed timelines. Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Material Management, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure successful order fulfillment. Monitor order status and proactively address potential supply, production, or delivery challenges. Communicate promptly and professionally with customers when order commitments cannot be met and provide appropriate solutions. Drive effective problem-solving and implement corrective actions to minimize service disruptions. Collaborate with Customer Service teams across regional affiliates to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative team culture. About you Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related function, with supervisory experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of SAP. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities. Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership. Mature, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
