RN - NICU

Registered Nurse - Level 3 or 4 NICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15, 36 hours per week. Weekend commitment includes 3 Fridays, 3 Saturdays, and 3 Sundays within a 6-week period.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Level 3 or 4 NICU unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill neonates, managing various complex medical conditions and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Manage ventilators and other specialized equipment.
• Assist with therapeutic procedures such as therapeutic hypothermia.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Experience with various NICU equipment and procedures, including but not limited to UAC, UVC, and nitric oxide therapy.
• Ability to float to pediatrics and PICU as needed.
