Dallas - Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Level)

The Dallas office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Corporate group with the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters. Successful candidates will also have hands‑on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements, and experience as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle‑market transactions, including responsibility for producing acquisition, equity, and related documents in a client‑ready format, and running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Candidates must be an active member of the Texas bar. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $235,000 – $365,000. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.
