Positions are available in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and interpersonal skills, be interested in working on a collaborative, cross-office team, and have strong case management skills. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.**Qualifications for this position are:*** Experience analyzing issues for, conducting research for, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues for complex litigation.* Experience defending financial institutions in litigation in federal or state court or arbitration.* Working familiarity with federal banking regulations and standards.* Preparation for and participation in motion argument.* Preparation of outlines and exhibits for depositions; taking or defending depositions is a plus.* Case management experience, including running written discovery responses, document review and production, and working directly with clients and experts.Law Review/Journal and/or Moot Court experience preferred, but not essential. Candidates must have a solid academic performance and be in good standing with the TX State Bar. Admission to the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas preferred but not required.
